I was 'diagnosed' with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and got substantially better after identifying food allergies. I do OK now on a wheat/dairy/egg-free diet. If I accidentally eat wheat or dairy I end up feeling really ill with IBD, joint pains, migraines etc.

Everyone is different. If the chronic fatigue is being caused by allergies then obviously it will clear up. It is a good place to start to see if that is the cause. However I have not eaten eggs milk or wheat for 25 years so it isn't the cause in my case.

to get rid of the virus, dice up fresh garlic as tiny as you can, put it in a tablespoon and add water to fill the spoon and toss it down your throat. no, theres no gagging, its just fine, almost no trace of any garlic taste. do that 1x a day for about 3 days. virus gone. then have a short glass of glacier milk a day for 3 months. or a handful of low sodium, sunflower seed kernals a day for 3 months. or a teaspoon of pure unsulphered...
