Hi there lostinastrangeworld .I think there are many causes for Chronic Fatigue. It is about finding what is the cause for you. I have chronic fatigue and a test revealed mitochondria failure. On a study that was done, 95% of people diagnosed with chronic fatigue had some kind of mirochondria failure. Of course it doesn't get tested for in mainstream medicine. http...

I was 'diagnosed' with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and got substantially better after identifying food allergies. I do OK now on a wheat/dairy/egg-free diet. If I accidentally eat wheat or dairy I end up feeling really ill with IBD, joint pains, migraines etc. I'm convinved that ME is a result of allergies.

Everyone is different. If the chronic fatigue is being caused by allergies then obviously it will clear up. It is a good place to start to see if that is the cause. However I have not eaten eggs milk or wheat for 25 years so it isn't the cause in my case.
