Is it possible to gain weight while not overeating? What I mean by that is I once weighed 140 lbs at 5'11" now I weigh 165 lbs, I gained 25 pounds by using Quickmass, eating a tonne of food and lifting really heavy weights low reps (BP, SQUAT, DL). I'm happy with the results but I seem to have added a little bit of excess weight on my stomach. I want to lose that but still gain muscle mass (my ...

Don't change your lifting while you diet. Focus on ensuring you keep the muscle you have with amino acids and bcaas while training.

yes it is possible to gain weight through supplements and weight gaining pills. one of my friend also uses these supplements and pills to increase his weight without overeating

well its not only about your overeating...its about what you are eating.....you will put on your weight if you take fatty things..

yes it is possible to gain weight through supplements and weight gaining pills. one of my friend also uses these supplements and pills to increase his weight without overeating

well its not only about your overeating...its about what you are eating.....you will put on your weight if you take fatty things..
