jeff, i think you have your history a bit skewed. to my recollection, it was yellow sales staff going around under bidding freight from rdwy's customers. it's all spilled milk at this point, but let's not re-write history.

Correct me if I am wrong, but are the 90% discounts being discussed here based upon the old REGULATED book? Like I said earlier the last time I saw a rate book was when CF was still open.
