Thread: Introduction to the Sicilian Tournament

( What happens if you're in a tournament where a specified number of people advance to the next round, \(in the case I'm thinking of, 2 of 5\) but 3 people tie? The 3 of us won both our games against the other 2 players, and it looks like we're all going to split our games against each other dead even, meaning our scores and tiebreakers will be identical. Do all 3 of us advance, or the 2 ...

( All 3. There's a known case of a four player tournament, with two groups of two, that took five rounds to finish. ,)

( I'm not a slow player, and someone taking 3 days per move can be frustrating, especially when your winning. But the long and short of it is that you know thats a posibility when you seek! Most of the games I've played so far have been 1 - 3 days per move and only one player seems to be taking the full time per move. I suppose some players play a game with the help of computer chess ...
