Hey guys, i've got a question about going catabolic. I know its ounds dumb and honestly. well it's just my personal issue but i want to decrease the size of my legs. Football training has gotten them massive with quick twitch muscle which pretty much makes them look fat underneath jeans so i wanna slim em down a bit. I used to leg press every day and hit the treadmill post weights. I'd get all ...

Every time you eat throw up, become anorexic and eventually you should be able to fit into your sisters skinny jeans. You are given great leg genetics and want to have twig legs??? Seriously just GTFO......bodybuilding.com for a reason.

woops, i did'nt mean to reply like that but i just acually read some of your negative posts(typically short answers),and to the guy that had teh picture you're acually right taht was my first year (last year) and that when i started lifting seriously, since then they've grown quite a bit... not sure how much but i've definatley noticed it and i dont like it. i'm not an advanced builder or anything, and im definatley...
