+1 Looking at the video, I can't believe the officer in the opening sequence waited that long to shoot..... AND, I can't believe it took that long for the guy to go down after receiving so many shots.

No, Ayn Rand is never relevant. There are so many gaps in her thinking it's embarrassing. And trust the cop when it comes to taking down people on PCP, it is a scary drug.

Let's face it, law enforcement folk have the toughest jobs out there.
