Started 1 year, 5 months ago by Salvator
Much better than the factory Dunlops... They were pretty well worn out at 33K, so we stepped up and bought the Michelins... went with a slightly more aggressive tread than the factory tread, as we live on a dirt road and have to go up and down hills to get from our house back to the main road... last winter, the Dunlops were next to useless in the snow... What are the specs on your LTX A/T2?? Load Range?

squeege replied 1 year, 5 months ago
I replaced my CrossTerrains (50,000 mi) with these at the beginning of the month. I like them so far & I don't hear any more road noise than the CrossTerrains. Louise

I had the LTX AT2 in my Jeep before, they are good light off road tire and good in the snow. They are a bit noiser than the cross terrain once they aged a bit.

Considering the tire to replace my Cross Terrains, but not sure about agressive tread. Can you post close up pics on your truck?

itsZep replied 1 year, 5 months ago
Ok Gman thanks any way. Looks like it might be a good choice for a GX. The Latitude Tour HP is Michelin's Highway All-Season light truck tire developed for the drivers of premium crossover and sport utility vehicles . Used as Original Equipment (O.E.) on Acura, BMW, Lexus and others, Latitude Tour HP tires were designed to combine enhanced durability with confidence in ...

There's a new Latitude Tour (not LT HP) that will begin shipping from Michelin in August/September timeframe is intended to be a bit of an improvment over the (excellent IMO) Cross Terrain that it will begin replacing at that time. The new Latitude Tour is designed to be a little better in terms of how MOST SUV/Crossover owners use their vehicles -- a little quieter (CT's are VERY quiet, so this will be an accomplishment) a little...
