Thread: Inquiry: II membership with multiple TS

Started 2 months, 1 week ago by abg1688
If one owns more than one TS within II network, does he/she needs to pay for multiple membership fee? Or one II account covers for all TSs? Thank you!

Once you have an II account, it covers all your timeshares. You just pay for one account and add as you purchase more timeshares. When I purchased Timber Lodge, I set up my account. When I purchased Shadow Ridge, it was just added to the account. The fees you pay increase with more the more timeshares you own since you are charged everytime you trade.

Can you also add non-Marriott timeshare? If so, the Marriott II account must work differently than the Wyndham II account. I called yesterday to find out if I can add a new week I recently purchased to my II account. I found out the Wyndham account I have is a corporate account that can only be used for Wyndham deposits.

Be sure that all of your timeshares are title the same way or II won't add them all to the same account. So if one is in just your name, but you have a second in yours and your wifes name, they will require an II account for each TS. So you will then have two yearly II membership fees. You can add as many as you want as long as they are all titled the same.

Diddo. We have an independent and Marriotts on the single II account.

I'am not sure they all have to be titled the same. I have four timeshares and all four have different titles of ownership on them. Two of the timeshares my wife and I own together (one in her maiden name), another with my son, and one with my parents and wife. I will say they all have my name listed first, but they are all on one II membership.
