the first exercise. "You do 1 ME exercise on each ME day. ME requires heavy weight, > 90% 1RM. Generally, 3 sets of 1 repetition apiece is the goal, with each set using a weight that is > 90% 1RM. I'm not a westside expert but from my reading I figure you should be hitting a pr in whatever exercise you are doing on a max effort day, however, actually doing one of the big three should be rare.

I'm not a westside expert but from my reading I figure you should be hitting a pr in whatever exercise you are doing on a max effort day, however, actually doing one of the big three should be rare.
