Hello jayfigo71, Can you list your system specs, as much information as you can, thanks. These registry programs will promise to fix everything from slow PC's to Global warming, most don't do very much of anything, if you do decide to go that route please back up your registry first. (just in case). Have you tried un-installing and updating your video drivers ?. Give it a go and post your results, thanks.
