Thread: Igf-1 lr3????

I've used rui products igf with great results. 60mcg on workout days only.

what does it do for you? are there side effects?

Wondering does it make u feel sleepy

I slept really heavy when I used it (50mcg 5 days a week). Also got some headaches from it. I could sleep 12 hours and then take a nap for another 1-2 hours.... Other then that, I kept close to all my strength (used it as a part of PCT) and most of my size (I do compete). Will use it again this PCT and also during my "off" period wich will be no less then 8-9 months. Will most likely run it...

It did not make me tired, got only a couple very mild headaches I will also use it in PCT next time.

Do people use igf to bulk ever?

I would like to run it during "on" periods also, but I think it gives "most" when coming off as you tend to keep most of youre gains. However I will run it a couple of times next "on" period, as I would like to see how the new muscle cells could grow faster with anabolics in the mix.
