My wife has been screaming about me making ice cream sandwiches with the waffles she we bought for breakfast! You see ,when I was a kid in Reading we would go downtown to this 5 and 10 store and get homemade ice cream sandwiches made with real waffles and dipped in chocolate. i buy the container of $2.99 dozen miixed cookies in the market bakery section then buy a jug of ice cream and make my own. throw them in lunch bags in the freezer.
