All you can do is talk to the dealer and see if they will let you work something out. I doubt that there is any law that says they have to take it back.

There is no specified time, even if the dealer wanted to go back on a signed contract. That car may have been sold, or wholesaled to another dealer. Talk to them, see if they want to work with you.

You might have up to 3 days depending on where you live. Here in NY there is a buyers remorse law that car dealers must adhere to. You have 3 days to back out of the deal for any reason.

once you took peaceable possession of the new vehicle the deal is done/only if you have the deal showing special differences is the deal considered void/sooooooooooooo you own it
