I have noticed my fingers are tingling, wrist hurts to no end, mainly on my right hand. It hurts when I sleep and notice it hurts real bad when I lay on that side. get to a doc, get professional advice, go from there

It could even be simple nerve impingement too. DEFINITELY talk to a doc or two before calling in the surgery angle. Hell, if it's nerve impingement a couple of stops to a chiropractor will show results before trying surgery. Good luck no matter what though. It's never fun to deal with that kind of pain in the line of work you do. Keep us posted.

Don't assume that it is carpal tunnel. There are a mirade of things it could be. As others have said, see a doctor and go from there. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would get arthritis in my hip. However, there are days it is so bad, I don't know how I can make it through work.
