Not fond of shakey cam either. The jumpiness just gets exhausting. I did, however, find that I can still totally procrastinate and suspend my disblief that radioactive mutants and their mutant children exist in the desert at old atomic tesitng sites, stealing babies from unsuspecting campers and trying to eat their parents. Through a big portion of the movie the camera is on a tripod or a counter top. That isnt to say there's very little shaky-cam, just not anywhere near as much as BWP had. Sometimes the shaky is totally appropriate too, like when he's barreling down the stairs to try to catch the demon. Which is really kind of stupid because seriously, what would he do if he really DID catch it?

my son saw it today and it scared the crap out of him. He seriously said they were almost in tears they were so scared. I don't watch stuff like that, but he said hands down the scariest movie he's ever seen

That scary, huh? I will have to check it out! I have yet to see the film that tops The Exorcist though.

That scary, huh? I will have to check it out! I have yet to see the film that tops The Exorcist though.
