Thread: I need a real wideband AFR guage

So ive been on my second glowshift wideband for about 6 months and now its crapped out as well. Im done with these cheap China crap products. Has any one had luck with AEM or inovative motor sports widebands? I have a centerfical and water/meth kit but the glowshift went bad right out of the box on the first one and there replacment lasted about 6 months with the meth ...

i just bought an phantom auto meter wideband AFR guage for only $250 new on ebay. Its made in the USA =)+++ . It sucks that i had too pay $200 for glow shift junk Afr meter what crap. Im pritty sure this one will work right and for a long time to come only down side is the face plates of the auto meters i like a blacked out look for my guages =(

I'd highly recommend the Dynojet Wideband Commander. I ran it in my GT500 and had great success. It was very accurate compared to a labgrade wideband that was used when my car went on the dyno.

I ran techedge for years when I was into turbo cars without a single problem.

Wow you got some cash to play with having a gt 500 i only wish i had seen this post 3 days ago before i bought the autometer AFR. Thanks for the reply none the less. Just wondering how fast have you had that gt.500 up too? Ive been up to a buck 85 in my buddys tricked out 00 Audi TT but i bet a 500 would kill him with the power to weight ratio LOL Quote: ...

have you ever heard about the Interceptor gauge? not only can you see your A/F but also monitor other parameters. They have a few different prices here's a link I found on them. http://www.lethalperformance.com/201...gauges-p-27 330

innovate LC-1 and the aem wideband are both great products.

LM-1 here. Good service over a few years now. The LM-2 is better, but even with the trade in program it is a bit pricey.

Wow you got some cash to play with having a gt 500 i only wish i had seen this post 3 days ago before i bought the autometer AFR. Thanks for the reply none the less. Just wondering how fast have you had that gt.500 up too?
