um cheapest isn't always good....but cheapest thing wud b to heat the springs....u do it with a acetylene torch....i wud suggest buying the coil over lowering kit tho...that will run u around a grand to do it right....but hey if u want cheap torch the springs

The cheapest possible would probably land you around $300 price range. I highly recommend Eibach Lowering Springs. You can get it in a kit and it's amazing. You will feel you're car's handling improve. It all depends on how low you want it. But it's easy to install, cheap, you get the bang for your buck because this is the higher end and very good brand. Eibach makes one of the best lowering kits...
