My husband is an engineer, pulls down some pretty nice coin, and works with a LOT of other engineers, black, white, Indian, Asian, etc. I think whether or not you know of any successful black men depends on the circle you travel in. Well, then you must live a very sheltered life. I have lived in Los Angeles, which is where this movie takes place by the way, for over ten years and I have met quite a few African American men who are pretty similar financially to this guy. And no these guys aren't sports figure or in entertainment but most of them tend to be professionals--attorneys, doctors or in finance. But when it comes right down to it there aren't many men...
