Get a can of "Goof Off" to remove the marker. IIRC lighter fluid might work too but be careful around plastic.
The factory tint will not come off with a razor knife. Aftermarket will.

I got a mark on the stearing wheel. One on the window and one on the dash board. Anyone had issues with Black Sharpie on these surfaces please help.
For the window im thinking razor blade but I hear they have stock tint on the windows and I dont want a hole from the razor blade.
