I can not download NOD32 v4, why? I have a valid license.
And The updates tell me :
Update database is not required.
My database 3899
Eset WEB : 3901

there is severe load on the servers at the moment - I suggest waiting until tomorrow to make the push to v4... but it's obviously up to you - if you want to wait and wait, upgrade today!
