You are right, i missed the part about you having a surgery.   Well, it sounds like maybe one of your nerves may have been affected by the surgery. If you go to a Nuerologist, they can do a complete scan of your nerve system, to see what is causing your ejaculation problem. No you didn't scare me with the cancer thing. When my family doctor did the so called digital rectal exam in the past, my prostate was often enlarged and always painful. The only reason I stick with the possibility of prostatitis is because i've also had pains that shoot from what feels like from the perineum and seem to shoot up the shaft to the tip of my penis...
