Good Morning! I am up bright and early for some reason today. Was planning on going to pilates than zumba but am still so sore in my abs from Thursday. Think I will just do zumba today. Question- how do you all stay motivated? With all of my traveling- the weeks that I am away I tend to be a little more relaxed with my eating and this is definately...

I'm back again lol!!! So the more I look into buying the bodybugg/GWF the more I am convinced to get one. And after seeing that Costco sells the bodybugg at the same price with a one year subscription. I think I might get it. I just recently became a lifetime member, but I still have like 10 pounds I want to lose before I am done. I think this ...

Hi, Pjen, I also just want to be "there" (even though I know maint will be more of the same plus a couple of hundred calories). I would also like to know what size/shape I'll be so I can build up a wardrobe again. Over a year of having the bare min is enough! ___ Yep! You do get a pie chart of macro nutrients, I hear the GWF one is exportable (at ...

<-- just added my review of BB to Costco.com : ) That Black Friday deal sounds too good to be true (almost)!

Hey Everyone, PJen - staying motivated, that is the biggie, for sure. I have good weeks and bad ones. Hopefully the good weeks out number the bad ones by a lot! I am having a bad one right now and am working on talking myself out of it. I just got back from the gym. I did a taichi/yoga/pilates class and the tm and arc trainer. It was a good workout, ...

Thanks everyone. Surfer- you are right. I always focus on the negative things- or things that I am not doing perfectly. I need to focus on the small things like at least I am maintaining my workouts while traveling. Thank you for that! I definately recommend the digital display. It is very motivating at the gym to see how many cal/min you are burning ...

Hi everyone - I really love my GWF & it helps with the motivation to a large extent. However, I made a promise to myself that I'm going to exercise whether I have motivation or not - I set a minimum for myself as well as an ideal target - if I feel sick, have a crazy day or I'm exhausted, I'll just do the minimum I set but otherwise, I'm trying to ...

Hey Again, Well, I got through most of the day without too much damage. I am feeling icky from the junk I ate this am. Thank goodness I got to the gym to cancel some of it out. I have an appt with my trainer at 9am tomorrow, hopefully that will help me get back on track. Gretchen - what size are you wearing now?

GRETCHENPDX replied 1 month, 1 week ago
Jen: pants = 10 or 12 (esp if Petite) tops = M or L (depending on style or if to be worn over or under something else, still XL in American Apparel, almost L though ; ) Jacket = M sometimes I prefer L for sweaters or whatever, kwim? I started at 24W in pants and 3x in shirts... What about YOU as you weigh less AND you are taller... size 8 ...
