Thread: INTERNET EXPLORER RUNTIME ERROR

I TRIED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM WITH "FIX IT FOR ME", I GOT A MESSAGE THAT WINDOWS INSTALLER SERVICES COULD NOT BE ACCESSED. THIS OCCOURS IF YOU ARE RUNNING WINDOWS IN SAFE MODE OR WINDOWS INSTALLER IS NOT CORRECTLY INSTALLED. MY SYSTEM RUNS SLOW AND WITH THE RUNTIME ERRORS I CANNOT ENJOY WHAT I WAS WANTING TO DO. HOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM?

Take your Caps Lock key off. It is considered yelling over the internet. First, fix that Cap Locks problem with your keyboard. Second, come up with a better description and more information about your system, S/W version, and specific error (when this started, changes to system, etc.) Third (and most important), post your question on a more appropriate forum, this one is for Windows Media Center.
