My mom has really hard well water. We have always used Lime Out to clean the bathrooms. This link below is a testimonial about the product and like she says this is really strong stuff. I would make sure that the bathroom is very well ventilated before using. She also said that she used the product on glass. I would also keep a bath squeegee handy to use after every shower. That will help with buildup.

White Vinegar. Saturate paper towels with white vinegar and lay them over the stains. Allow to sit about a half an hour. The vinegar dissolves the minerals in the hard water stains. They will wipe away like magic.

I have got hard water deposits off with a household steam cleaner. I have not tried this on a serious case however.

i tried clr and windex and other things but it dosent help its still there ... the water is very hard and dry in the glass shower door ...
