  If you are saying that Word runs properly when it is started in Safe mode, that indicates a problem with an add-in, with the Normal template or with the registry.   stefan can you help me.....posted this in word 2003 post errors....but no answer: this is the error message..AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 10.0.6854.0 ModName: winword.exe ModVer: 10.0.6854.0 Offset: 005d178a ..every time i close word and outlook 2003 this message comes up. also word is slow to boot and very slow to exit...then this message appears. opens and closes fine in safe mode. changing to non hp printer did not help either....
