ok it worked, I was using RC5 so the SMTP settings wasn't displayed, it works great now.

Dears,
ostickets rocks, I am so amazed how it is so cool and freeeeeeee.
however I miss onething, I am on hosted plesk solution and i don't have access to the php.ini file, so how can I configure the smtp server setting, please note that email notification and alerts are sent to staff correctly.

Hi,
I have the same exact problem. It does not show the option for SMTP.
It only shows for PHP mailer.
Could you please share how you could make it work?
