When I clean bulk around 3200, if I feel like I can get more growth I might push 3500kcal.

when i bulked a few years ago for ~16 weeks my cals were generally within the 2,500-3,000+ range. the highest i hit was 3,500. i went from 138ish to 150lbs, which seemed to be a plateau for me (i'm 5'9).

Thanks Miranda! You're a big help (I would rep but my computer won't let me ) Do you mind if I ask how long each bulk/cut phase was? I'm new to all this, so I'm sorry for all the questions. Well.....actually I'm not totally new to BBing but a few years back when I was doing it I didn't learn much about it, I was kind of doing 'whatever' and it just happened to work....though I could ...
