I don't know but I can grow my hair down to the bottom of my butt, for 3 years. Cut them 1" a month, 4" each Christmas. Depends how healthy you're eating, and no there's nothing you can buy that can make your hair grow faster, except the pyramid food group.

hair grows at approximately half an inch per month..i couldnt tell you how long it will take for it to grow half way down your boobs because i dont know how big they are or whether they hang halfway down your legs!...but i heard of something called BIOTIN which is meant to promote hair growth, which you can buy in health stores and i imagine boots sell it too.
