Im personally not a huge fan of that style of reflectors/diffusers, they seem to work "okay" but the Westcott brand seems to be better. This is the kind I have http://www.adorama.com/WE4152S.html Its a pretty big price difference (plus larger size) I have used them side by side with a pair similar to the one you linked to and there is no comparison in how much better Westcott reflectors are.
