This is a Live Mesh forum, I am not to sure this is the best place to vent your IE frustrations. Maybe you should try contact Microsoft Support and run through the support channels there?

In my humble opinon, Explorer 8 is a piece of trash. Full of bugs, despite upates. I need to know how to contact MS directly. I have invested a ton of money over the years, on MS Products, starting from MS-DOS through Windows XP and Outlook 2007. MS provides no easy link to "contact us", and frankly, I want to know how to get back to an earlier version of Explorer, or I am going to use another ...
