when they tell you no cuts are planned for PriCara? In April, my RBD had a conference call on a Thursday to address the rampant and wild rumors about a sales force layoff. He said everything that was out there was a lie, and that everything was fine. Three days later on that Monday we got a voicemail from Kim and the layoffs ensued from there. I don't know, I kinda believe my RBD when he tells me things. You know, things like that role play was really great, hang in there - the comp plan next quarter is going to be really good, Pricara is the place to be and especially things like my ass doesn't look too big as I'm gulping down cookies at the break table during regional meetings. I am very glad I left J&J on my own terms a while ago. I hated management. They are all a bunch of cool-aid drinkers that preach the credo and have even quoted the credo to me. Your RBD's know nothing!!! The FSD's know nothing. the VP's (that are left) know very little. Even they don't know if they have jobs as they make sales force decisions. Look at those that were let go this round. Next round is going to be massive sales force cuts. If you have long tenure....hang in for the package. They will tell you anything they are completely full of sh@# remember the stand alone pain franchise we were going to have before the Ultracet debacle, it was a total B.S. story delivered straight from the RBD at a cycle meeting.
