I have been exercising 4 times a week for 1 hr each for the past 5 months (aerobics and also light weights), I hardly ever eat dinner, I do not eat pasta and do not eat bread often. I like desserts but do not eat them in excess. How can I loose 10 lbs? I seem to be doing everything right but I have not lost any weight at all since I started my exercise routine Routine sputum...
