Thread: How are Blackberry Apps compared to Apple?

I've been using an iPhone for the past year, and I'm thinking of swapping back to a BB. Can everyone bring me up to speed on the Apps for the BB? How do they compare to Apple? Cost? Where do I find them? Are they downloadable right to the phone? Thank you!

Hm... What do you mean how do they compare? In what way? They don't look the same, if that's what you mean. BlackBerry apps have a similar pricing structure as Apple apps. AppWorld, either on the phone or on your desktop (the desktop is view only, however). Many times you can also find the apps on the developers' websites. It depends on what you consider quality, and it depends on if apps that you want are available. Best bet would be to check out AppWorld on your computer and browse around for a while. BlackBerry App World - Home
