Maybe the Founders worship them as gods and obey each of their commands with blind obedience. Their devotion to the Pah-Wraiths could have been the reason why they formed the Dominion.

The Founders were strange with their wish to control everything. Understand their anger with the Federation ships and other ships that did come from the Wormhole. Yes, if there was a Wormhole that was stable that entered into say Federation space I could see the Federation would be upset to see the Borg exploring or other species. The pushback from a simple few ships to a wish to invade with a war that would destroy them or us at all cost was...
