This is a guide I decided to write because there are misc. tips around the forum for removing decals but there are no images. Under construction!
This is the before:
required tools:
decal eraser wheel tool, fits into drill chuck
[future image]
heating device, propane torch, heatgun, hair dryer, etc
[future image]
WD-40 or something to remove remaining ...
What about the foam tape left after I pulled the rubber strips off the sides of my Metro? Will the eraser take that stuff off?
I got the pinstripes off with just a hairdryer. The temp was very critical. Too cool and they would just break, too warm and they would stretch. Get the temp right, and they peeled right off. _________________ 1994 Geo Metro - SOHC 1.3 swap

It eats the decal before it the paint. It's just a matter of controlling how much heat the surface gets. I've pulled decals off with just a MAP gas torch before. When you're doing that, you really need to pay attention to how hot the...
it;s really good way to remove or peel off the decals or Waste Stickers from any surface without any scratch over it, i think there you may use additional thing is that naphtha to remove & easily can it have from some hardware shops . .
