This rifle has been in my family for close to 25 years now. It began its life as a short barrel 7.62x54R Mosin Nagant with iron sights and a full length wooden stock. Along the way my father did a trigger job on it (it has a trigger smooth as glass and a recently verified 2lb pull with zero creep, to this day he says he's not sure how he got it that way) and cut down the stock. I got one for X-mas last year and I LOVE shooting it. Very accurate and cheap to shoot. I picked it up for 120 in perfect condition. What scope mount did you get for it? I have read that if you dont drill into the gun for the scope mount, after a couple shots it wont be zero'd because of the kick......

What do you think of your PSL? I like mine..it's fun to go plink with. Not the most accurate thing, by far, but fun to shoot.

Another great thing about these rifles is its not very expensive to feed them...always a plus in my book!!!

A tin of clean burning surplus ammo that has 440 rounds is only around 90 bucks. There aren't many high powered rifles that are that cheap to shoot.

Another great thing about these rifles is its not very expensive to feed them...always a plus in my book!!!
