Hello all I am in process of swapping a board out of a case and thought I would dig for some info first so as not to blow this board up. The board I have is a M2N61-AR made by asus and is in a HP Pavillion SlimLine case model s3223w. I am looking to take this board out of a trashes case and put into a standard tower with a 450W power supply and be able to run higher graphic card in the ...

I tried to get specs for that MOBO at ASUS and only found driver downloads. I think you need to go to the HP site and look up that HP model to get specs on the MOBO, etc.

I wouldn't worry too much about the power requirements. Just be sure to connect the 20+4 connecter and the 4 or 8 pin connection for the cpu. You should be fine there. What you will probably run into is the proprietary front panel connections. The power and USB ports may not be wired to the Intel standard. HP and most if not all of the major OEMs use their way of doing things. This ...

I tried to get specs for that MOBO at ASUS and only found driver downloads. I think you need to go to the HP site and look up that HP model to get specs on the MOBO, etc.
