Hi All I am running Win7 RC with an old Nvidia 6600 .I went to play command and conquer ZH but the graphics were corrupt.I think its because the PSU is underpowered only 250W. So i decided to get my old radeon 9200 all in wonder from my old pc.I installed it and went to install the Catalyst software from the disc but got nothing. So i looked around online and found an old version of the ...

Windows 7 isn't going to work with the Radeon 9200, support was discontinued some time ago I'm afraid.

Run the windows 7 compatibility checker program. That'll tell you it is not supported. TBH it's way too much of a faff to get it working properly for a card worth about £4, just get a new one, and probably a new PSU. In fact, that machine is probably a bit on the old side to be easy to support with anything other than XP, so you might want to think whether it's actually worth trying to force ...
