I ended up purchasing this unit, Sorry Calclark, I was suprised there was no other bids but I am happy as this is my first timeshare purchase. We have two college aged children & plan to use the unit at Cypress Pointe instead of exchanging. We love Orlando. My wife & are are renting a unit at Cypress Harbour in April. The current owner informed that he received a phone call from DRI stated ...

I actually did go to the website & tried reading as many past threads on the resort before buying. It was instrumental in my decision especially the maintenance update thread that has been going back quite a few months.

I have to agree with you they are the nice ones for sure. What are current MF on a 3 bedroom unit..?? also how do they trade.. I have a couple SA units and get into most stuff in orlando area more or less now.. I understand if you own in orlando you are blocked from trading into the area.. do have to say my kids alway ask about the turtle pool place and when we are going back.. soon my friend,, soon,, have a good one and thanks
