I have been an astros fan for 40 yrs. of my life and Drayton Mclane is by far the best owner the club has ever had. He has spent money on the team but has also been rewarded by the fans & the City with a new Ballpark that was needed. Now Drayton the Fans need you, we need you to step up & make this team Good again, this would not take much, a couple of starting pitchers, 3rd baseman, catcher ...

I hope I am wrong but Mclane must be he!! bent on fielding a last place team for 2010 or he is living in a dream world. ----------- He seems to have given up on the "champions" idea, but wants a winning season next year. The fans now want more. He needs to ask himself: "What have you done to have a winning season next year?" He may not know how to answer himself.

St Louis has a knack for going out and getting the right pieces to mesh with their existing team. The Cards are a team that usually goes out and gets a player, or pulls one from their minor league system to fill their needs.

Soon I'll pull out the DVD from 2005, and watch up until we clinch the NLDS. I stop after that. No sense watching the entire DVD. But today is my college Big Game against Cal. Looks like we might even have a chance to win this year. So my fingers are crossed, and I'll wear my Beat Cal sweatshirt. Wish us luck!!!
