Has this happened to you? So I just got done ripping around the Soo Pits in northern MN and then headed down the trail. I slowed down to a stop and shut it off for 10 or so minutes. I tried to start it again but the kicker seemed much too easy and i could push it with my hand. I thought the engine had lost compression cause I could still hear the cylinder "pop" when i turned the kicker. ...

put a wrench on the flywheel bolt and see if you can break it lose going backwards, might have broke the skirt of the piston off and thats making it seize

I bet something happend to ur piston I would pull the intake and head off to take a look if it looks good maybe a little oil in there to help unbind it but if its only a kicker gear u could pop start it still unless the gear really broke and bound something else up doubt it though

Well I thought I would follow up with a shocking finding of what actually happened. You may be glad to know yaul were correct that it was partially the rings falling apart and mostly that metal debris got in the intake after the previous owner rebuilt it. Therefor, after taking for a long ride it finally got baked on the cylinder which then tore up the sleeve and cooling head. OUCH. ...
