You know I have read about these deals. The company that supplies a lot of those stop lite cameras get something like 40 percent or more of the "fines" revenue generated from the cameras.......thus, it has been noted that the (duration) of the yellow caution lite has been "shortened" so as to bring up the red lite quicker.......thus more tickets and more $$$
