I hope you have a wonderful birthday Honey Bunny! I'll even let you be King of the Castle for a whole day, and I'll let you see the remote now and then!
Just kidding--you are my knight in shining armor and I'm glad you rode into my life (even if it was in a beat up car, rather than on a horse, working the windshield wipers with your hand all night in freezing rain on Christmas week just to ...

Thank you Shalinee for the Keep Learning Keep Smiling website. I've only browsed it so far but it looks great! As for the foccacia I usually end up eating all of it fresh out of the oven with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. It would be nice to have leftovers for a sandwich.
foodie4life, thanks for your compliments. I'm wondering how you eat the foccacia bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Do you brush the mixture over it or use it as a dipping sauce?
I mince garlic into the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then dip the bread into it, it is very simple but very good. I have a great focaccia recipe if you are looking for one. (although it is a double rise, so it can be time consuming)
Wow....that's how u eat it. Now I can imagine how good it is. The Chinese eat their dumplings by dipping into a balsamic + soya sauce + chilli oil. I'm really learning more each day. Oh, would really appreciate your recipe for focaccia. Thanks very much. Do you have a blog that I can just look up so that you don't have to type so much?

Very nice to be here with like minded people. I have been cooking and baking since I was 5 and love it. Not so keen on the eating but hubby does the eating for me . He said the otehr day I eat enough to keep a field mouse alive . Never been a good eater, love to make nice food and serve it nice but pick at it myself. Hubby got a belly now after 6 ...

oh dear. daddy, you sprung that on me now . you just use an ordinary curry recipie add some veg of your choise and heat it up with curry and chilli to your taste and add tofu in stead of chicken lol

Hi Celini, welcome to this forum. Great to know you are from Essex, UK. I'm fr Scotland. Lovely to know you cook a lot. Eagerly waiting to hear more from you. Enjoy yourself in this forum.
Have you talked to their financial aid office? they can give you information on other scholarships. When do you start? If it's before next fall, you probably would use last year's tax info (2008). I know that was true for me with starting in the summer. Their office should be able to answer your questions.
Welcome! A lot of the stuff you will surf here is advanced but there are really great basic threads as well. If you can't find an answer, please ask. We all love going into teacher mode.
