Thread: Happy Birthday Honey Bunny! Oops, I Mean Maidrite!

Started 2 months, 2 weeks ago by Barbara L
I hope you have a wonderful birthday Honey Bunny! I'll even let you be King of the Castle for a whole day, and I'll let you see the remote now and then! Just kidding--you are my knight in shining armor and I'm glad you rode into my life (even if it was in a beat up car, rather than on a horse, working the windshield wipers with your hand all night in freezing rain on Christmas week just to ...

Thank you Shalinee for the Keep Learning Keep Smiling website. I've only browsed it so far but it looks great! As for the foccacia I usually end up eating all of it fresh out of the oven with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. It would be nice to have leftovers for a sandwich.

foodie4life, thanks for your compliments. I'm wondering how you eat the foccacia bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Do you brush the mixture over it or use it as a dipping sauce?

foodie4life replied 3 months, 1 week ago
I mince garlic into the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then dip the bread into it, it is very simple but very good. I have a great focaccia recipe if you are looking for one. (although it is a double rise, so it can be time consuming)

Welcome!! It's great here.

Wow....that's how u eat it. Now I can imagine how good it is. The Chinese eat their dumplings by dipping into a balsamic + soya sauce + chilli oil. I'm really learning more each day. Oh, would really appreciate your recipe for focaccia. Thanks very much. Do you have a blog that I can just look up so that you don't have to type so much?

Have you talked to their financial aid office? they can give you information on other scholarships. When do you start? If it's before next fall, you probably would use last year's tax info (2008). I know that was true for me with starting in the summer. Their office should be able to answer your questions.

Yes. We've been independent for a long time. There are still close ties, but Canada has had its own government since the 1800's
