walked. everywhere. often lugging 50+ pounds of luggage.
(and made up for it by eating almost nothing but bread the whole time)
Can't wait to break out the running shoes!
Today, two days before I'm supposed to be moving, I began a pole dancing class. I thought it would be a fun way to exercise. And it was. Is. I learned tricks called The Virgin, and The Fireman. Oh, and Shake the World. Can't forget that one.
I can't raise my arms and my thighs are bruised. I laughed so hard I have a sore throat.
I loved it.

1 hour of vini yoga. We did a lot of stuff we've done before, but in different ways. It was fun and super hard (heh) and I'm really going to be hating life and my sore muscles tomorrow
I'm with quagga , except I'm still trying to find a place to run. The streets here aren't on a grid and intersect at random angles, so it's really, really easy to get lost. In addition, the sidewalks are fair game for (and sometimes even seem to be intended primarily for) bicycles and cars.
I had a cold a while back. Yesterday I excercised for the first time since then. I played soccer for and hour or two. Today I am so sore. Getting old sucks.
