It is so fast! I want fall to put on the brakes and last a while!!! So far, the only thing we have planned is to go to a Trunk or Treat celebration at church. No cooking involved. Like I said, YET....I'm sure something will come up!

Oh yes, I LOVE the bell pepper idea! I love how you can take just about any fav food and do something Halloween-y to it! Last year for my sister's birthday (day before Halloween- she was almost a Halloween baby!) I made her the mashed potatoes she loves in the shape of ghosts with little peas for eyeballs. And a pizza dip with some sour cream on top of the cheese spread with a knife to make it...

Hooray, more menus! Last year I did a different Halloween menu every night for 5 nights as a count down... def. saving some of these recipes for that.

Here are a few ideas for Halloween parties, that I have done in the past with my kids' classes: Use dry ice in the bottom of a cauldron, adding water to make it 'steam'. Put your serving pot on top of it, so it still sits inside the large cauldron. Serve your favorite punch from this. I usually made one with orange sherbet and 7up. The kids always loved this. I usually had a witches brew chant that I would say as the kids came...
