I missed Halloween on Toontown and I never got the costumes, I really want the skeleton outfit and that is it... If anyone can get me a costume it would be really appreciated. I will do a 200 JB Unite for you if you get me the skeleton costume. Can they even be gifted any more? If not than nvm

The Cattleogs circulate. Once you've got to the final series it starts over. That is probably why.
