It's better if you call HP Tech Support. This is a hardware issue, and dealing with HP directly would be better.

My new HP printer is not connecting to the wi-fi, i did a wireless test report and it says The wirless radio is not functening contact HP support*** Is this something i can fix or do i need to call HP
