What area of the country are you in? There are some good regional banks in the Northeast (where I am), but they do not lend out of the region. Big banks are treating small business owners like lice, so avoid them if you can. Local and regional banks/CUs are the best option. Ideally, if you can get in front of a loan officer/Underwriter you are in a much better position.
