Thread: HGM Phase 6 "Power Clean/Front Squat/Push Press" question

Started 2 months ago by zappa2k8
Question for the advanced workout: For the Power Clean/Front Squat/Push Press, it says to use a light weight (10lbs for example). I'm just wondering why. If you can do that with 50, or 100lbs, why only use 10 or 20?

It's a technical lift, and for a lot of people, something they've never done before. If you can do a proper clean squat press for the prescribed set/rep with a heavier weight, rock on with your bad self.
