Greetings, some of you might remember that I wrote in a few weeks back about my daughter getting a bad high fever and chest cold...well that was the weekend of Oct 18th and we were put on antibiotics...well...the crap has struck again and we are in the 103 degree temps again, throwing up, ear pain, tummy aches and coughing/congestion.... I think the rule is fevers over 103 for 24 hrs or more.  OR fever with throwing up and diahrea.   You know what you're comfortable with and is she's keeping anything down.  Listen to your gut.

I would call her doctor now and see what they say.  I'm sure they have a nurse on call.

I would take her in because this could just be a remanifestation/worsening of that. Perhaps it's not, but it would be good to check that she doesn't have pneumonia or some other secondary infection. Poor thing. I hope she feels better. And poor you, too- being the Mama of a sick kid is no fun, either.
